We love the internet and we love the opportunities that it brings.

In the last few years, the online landscape has changed beyond belief - social networks, user generated content and innovative tools have moved digital communication forward leaps and bounds.

Microwave Media was set up as a reaction to this new web which allows organisations and individuals to communicate directly and openly.

Microwave Media heats brands from the inside out - we understand what they need, and how the web can effectively improve their current market penetration.

We track down audiences and talk directly to them, put brands in front of them and formulate spaces through which innovative and eye-opening communication methods can improve business.

Our websites and other social web platforms are delivered by carrying out a range of well-proven user centred design methodologies that identify how to increase conversions, participation, viral growth and generate positive brand reactions, positive buzz and conversations.

Microwave Media was created through a chance collaboration between three different individuals. We now use our different areas of expertise to offer innovative answers to our clients' problems.

The company operates in ways that allow it to adapt to our client needs, by offering our Directors' expertise directly from the start.

We appoint a main point of contact, although the team are available for input and feedback.

If you have any questions, we are always keen to discuss internet practices and innovative ideas!

We operate in an open environment, where we prefer face-to-face consultancy and verbal communication to ensure clarity. This ensures understanding and input from every step of our production process..

We operate a 7 step process with a member of the team taking responsibility for each step's delivery and cross-over, all overseen by our Production Director:

A Club Promoter with conceptual marketing skills, a Usability Expert with a long history of production and a Designer with flair and user-centred thinking? Well we should start an agency of our own!

That was the thinking 2 years ago when the Directors of Microwave Media met to discuss the improvements they could offer to the clubbing industry's promotion techniques.

A few conversations led to a number of digital epiphanies between the trio of 'net-natives'.

One - our Marketing and Business Strategy Director - had experience in the clubbing industry, and can speak directly with the ever elusive under 25 market. His marketing experience and out-of-the-box approach to brand goals is inspiring and proven to be effective.

Our Production Director - (who previously could not tell the difference between Pete Tong and Pete Waterman!), brings the experience of London design agencies, together with a Masters Degree. Producing user-centric thinking - the core of Microwave's delivery.

Our third Director is an energetic and artistic Digital Designer, whose previous experience covers big brand names like Adobe, Yahoo, Homebase and Betfair. Where his designs are engaging, impactful and tailored to the brand's needs they are also balanced using tried and tested usability methods that bring the successful conversion of goals.

Together we are Microwave Media and we get excited producing concepts, designs and solutions. But it doesn't stop there, our production methods are born from our experience in delivering digital products. We all have vast technical experience and knowledge, and we interlink with our development partners to build and deliver fully functioning and sometimes complex products.
